What is the age group for preschool?
The age group for preschool is from 2.5-5 years old. On certain occasions, we will accept a child who is just shy of 3 years old.
Are your facilities peanut-free?
We make sure all parents are aware that when packing a snack for their children, they must have the “peanut-free” sign on them as we have many children who have severe allergies even just to the smell.
Does my child have to be potty trained?
Your child does not have to be potty trained as our teachers will help in the process of teaching them.
Is there communication from the educators about my child’s progress?
For the Infant & Toddler program, the educators report daily about the foods that were or were not eaten, arts and crafts that the child made, whether or not there were any problems and much more.
Does my child need to be dropped off by a specific time?
For Infant & Toddler and Group Daycare, we ask that you drop your child off before 9 am. As for preschool, try to drop your child off on time for their start time. If you are going to be late for any of those programs, please contact the center that your child is at directly to let the staff know.
Do you accept subsidy?
Yes, we do accept subsidy from the government. Click on the direct link Child Care Funding in order to fill out your form. As soon as your family gets accepted, the government will provide you as well as our center a copy of your subsidy acceptance which will be deducted from your monthly payments.
